Growing at work and as a person.
I believe that everyone has talent. Talent that flourishes when the right conditions come together. Sometimes it needs to be discovered, sometimes it needs refinement, like a diamond waiting to be polished. When someone starts to shine again at work, I’m reminded why I do what I do.
My mission is to support (young) professionals in taking the next step in their career. A step that truly fits, where they can grow, learn and be themselves.

Attention to who you are
My interest in people and diversity developed at and early stage. I was born in Asia, grew up in different parts of the Netherlands and worked in Australia. In these places I met people with a wide range of backgrounds, stories and perspectives.
It was precisely those differences that sparked my curiosity and gave me energy. I have experienced how powerful it is when people feel seen and welcome, regardless of where they come from or the path they have taken.
I believe everyone deserves equal opportunities. That is why I contribute to an inclusive society where talent is recognized, self-confidence can grow and people feel free to follow their own path.

Education, experience & expertise
As career coach I combine my background in psychology, coaching experience and honds-on experience within organizations to support professionals in a focussed and effective way. I hold a Master’s degree in Work and Organizational Psychology (MSc), completed the NOBCO-accredited career coaching program at Nonons and bring over 10 years of HR experience with expertise in recruitment, interviewing and talent development. I work with both Dutch professionals as expats, and thanks to my experience on the organizational side, I have a strong understanding of how companies operate and what is expected of professionals. As a result, my career coaching is practical, realistic and immediately applicable.
